the location was very convenient. the bar area offered a comfortable setting with decorations that added to the ambiance, it was so lovely.

i was not shown how to use the heating system upon arrival and nobody offered help with my luggage. the milk provided was not fresh, which wasn't great, but i understand that things like that can happen.
